Free shipping

Avery & Maple offers free shipping on orders to Canada. Available delivery options and any applicable charges are shown before you complete your purchase.

Your delivery details

Please check your delivery address and contact details before submitting your order. If you need to correct them, contact info@averymaple.com as soon as possible and include your order number. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, we send the tracking information to the email address used for your purchase. Follow the tracking link in that message for shipping updates.

Delivery questions

If your tracking information has not updated, your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, or you need help with your delivery, email info@averymaple.com with your order number. Please also check your shipping confirmation and the delivery address entered at checkout.
