Our 30-day return policy

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging, subject to your rights under applicable law.

How to request a return

Email info@averymaple.com with your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for your request. We will provide return instructions and confirm the return arrangements and any applicable return shipping costs before you send your parcel.

Please request authorization before returning an item. Do not send a return to an address found on the original parcel unless we confirm it in your return instructions.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can assess the issue and help resolve it. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Exchanges

Contact us before returning an item for an exchange. Availability depends on the remaining stock.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

Refund amounts reflect the price actually paid, including any discounts applied to the order. If you have questions about returning items purchased as part of the buy-one-get-one offer, contact us before sending them back.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch. Nothing in this policy excludes rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
