How does the buy-one-get-one offer work?

Add every piece you want, including the free pieces. Buy 1 and get 1 free, up to buy 5 and get 5 free. The lowest-priced eligible pieces are discounted automatically, with a maximum of 5 free pieces per order. This offer cannot be combined with other promotional discounts.

Which size should I choose?

Use the size guide on the product page. Body measurements and garment measurements are identified separately, and measurements are available in centimetres and inches. If you are between sizes or need advice, email info@averymaple.com with the style and your measurements.

Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders to Canada. Review the final options and total before completing your purchase.

How can I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you need help, contact info@averymaple.com with your order number.

Can I return an item?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions in our returns policy and your rights under applicable law. Contact us before sending a return.

Are prices in Canadian dollars?

Yes. Canadian-market prices are displayed in CAD. Any applicable taxes and the final order total are shown before payment.
